Initially, I was looking forward to semi-retirement, planning to focus on my writing and artistic pursuits. However, life had other plans, and I unexpectedly became the primary caregiver for my toddler great-grandchild in Tūrangi. GRG stepped in with crucial and invaluable support during this challenging time. With my background in communications, advocacy, and education, I'm eager to highlight GRG’s benefits in my community. My goal is to create a strong and effective support group for kuia and koro raising mokopuna.
